June Lightovation Cancelled Amid COVID-19 Concerns

Dallas Market Center, home of the twice annual global trade event Lightovation, has announced that the June 24-27 edition of the show has been canceled amid continuing Coronavirus concerns. The show draws exhibitors representing top brands, retail buyers and other lighting professionals from around the world to review and place orders for lighting in all interior and exterior categories as well as ceiling fans.

AMA Estimates 12,000 U.S. Jobs at Stake from Antidumping Petition

In its most recent press release, the American Mattress Alliance (AMA) has estimated a minimum of 12,000 U.S. jobs would be lost if the ITC antidumping case against seven countries including Vietnam, Thailand, Turkey, Serbia, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Cambodia rules in favor of the petitioners. The petition was filed in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, a point which is highly criticized by the AMA.
