OW Lee, a manufacturer of high-end outdoor furniture, fire pits, and accessories, has announced a new effort to ramp up production of fabric face masks and other PPE items to help in the fight against COVID-19. The company has committed to producing 25,000 masks for the cause.

Bernie Rubin of New England furniture retailer Bernie & Phyl’s passed away from the coronavirus on Monday, April 13, according to a report from CBS Boston. Rubin had been hospitalized in South Florida. He was 82 years old.
