Macy’s Announces Maya Dukes as Senior VP, Executive Creative Director

Macy’s announced the appointment of Maya Dukes as senior vice president, executive creative director, effective August 31. Dukes will report to Sharon Otterman, chief marketing officer, Macy’s, and will oversee the company’s creative strategy and brand expression across customer touchpoints. For Dukes, the appointment marks a meaningful return to Macy’s. She previously served as a senior graphic designer from 2001 to 2007, where she built a strong foundation in creative storytelling, catalog design and brand marketing that has shaped her career.
