Design Within Reach (DWR) will open its second North Carolina location on Aug. 21, bringing authentic modern design to Raleigh and the broader Triangle region. DWR opened its first North Carolina location Charlotte’s Sound End in June of 2019.

Following the fire that began Sunday at its Winnsboro, South Carolina manufacturing facility, MLILY has activated its crisis response and business continuity plan to support employees, customers, and retail partners. All personnel onsite were safely evacuated and accounted for, with no reported injuries to MLILY employees.

La-Z-Boy Incorporated, a global leader in the retail and manufacture of residential furniture, reported first quarter results for the period ended July 25, 2026. For the quarter, sales totaled $476 million, down 3% against the prior year comparable period and down 1% excluding the impact of wholesale casegoods divestiture, which was completed in May.
