On the heels of the recent merger between IMC and AmericasMart Atlanta, International Market Centers (IMC) has signed an agreement to acquire the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center (ADAC), a design facility that houses the Southeasts’ largest collection of residential, hospitality and commercial applications. The purchase should be completed by late September. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
