Seldens Designer Home Furnishings, a fourth-generation Puget Sound retailer, has purchased longtime Bellevue retailer Schoenfeld Interiors. From mid-May through July, Seldens will host a Schoenfeld Interiors Retirement Sale at Schoenfeld’s showroom, 11555 Northup Way, before relocating Seldens Bellevue to the Northup Way space later this year.

Kohl’s Corporation announced that the Kohl’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) has appointed Michael Bender as Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately. Mr. Bender has served as a Director of the Board since July 2019 and was appointed Board Chair in May 2024.

Synergy Home Furnishings is beginning its transition to the next generation of leaders. The company has named Joshua Kauffman, a 14-year veteran of Synergy, as its president. Kauffman succeeds Bill Harding, who founded the company alongside Herb Hellums, Mike Wilhite and David Li in 2006.
