City Furniture Continues Growth Plan, Announces 175 New Job Openings

With its network of 33 showrooms open, home furnishings retailer City Furniture has announced it is currently looking to fill 175 new jobs in sales, e-commerce, digital marketing, analytics and IT.

Smith Leonard: Furniture Orders Down 29% in March

Not surprisingly, new orders for March were down 29% from March 2019 and 23% from February, according to a report by Smith Leonard accounting and consulting firm. Orders in March were down for 87% of the participants versus increased orders in February for 71% of the participants.
