The High Point Market Authority has announced it will kick off High Point Market with a Fitz and The Tantrums concert open to both Market attendees and the Triad community. The concert will take place on Friday, Oct. 15, at High Point’s baseball stadium, Truist Point. Gates open at 6 p.m., and the band is set to perform at 7 p.m.

Independent mattress manufacturer Pleasant Mattress has placed its newly rebranded premium McRoskey bedding line with specialty furniture and mattress retailer, Taos Lifestyle in Taos, New Mexico. The partnership marks the first time the revamped, iconic handcrafted, luxury collection of mattresses is placed in a retailer outside of San Francisco, where it was founded.
Modern Italian furniture distributor Bellini Modern Living will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony and cocktail hour on Saturday, Oct. 16 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. to celebrate the expansion of its showroom in High Point, N.C.
