Bernards and Null Furniture have reached an agreement that allows Null Furniture’s designs to remain in the marketplace. While terms of the agreement were not disclosed, company officials have confirmed that Bernards has assumed ownership of the inventory and intellectual property of Null Furniture.

Ingka Investments, the investment arm of Ingka Group (the largest IKEA retailer), has agreed to acquire approximately 153,000 hectares of land in Latvia and Estonia, of which 89 percent are forestland, from Södra, Sweden’s largest forest owners’ association.
