La-Z-Boy Incorporated (NYSE: LZB) has announced that Kurt L. Darrow will retire from his positions as president and CEO on April 25, 2021, after more than 40 years of service to the company. His retirement follows the end of La-Z-Boy’s fiscal 2021 year. He will remain chairman of the board of directors, in a non-executive capacity.

Furniture manufacturer Ekornes, Inc., through its North American dealer network, has raised over $1.2 million in 2020 for local charities. The company has run their annual Stressless Charity promotion for a decade each year from Nov-Jan but last year expanded the event and ran it three times beginning June 5.
