IFDA NY Chapter Establishes “Career Advancement Committee” to Help Design Industry Re-Emerge and Flourish

The New York Chapter of the International Furnishings and Design Association (IFDA NY) has launched an initiative in light of the economic downturn the coronavirus has wrought, to help the industry re-emerge and flourish. A new “Career Advancement Committee” will be listing job openings and also hosting programs on job search and networking.

IMC Shifts Atlanta Market and Vegas Market into August

Following a comprehensive survey of its universe of gift and home furnishings buyers and suppliers, International Market Centers (IMC) has announced updates to its summer 2020 markets in Atlanta and Las Vegas. IMC is postponing both markets until August, with Atlanta Market now running August 13 – 18 and Las Vegas Market running August 30 – September 3.
