Nominations Open for 10th Annual Forty Under 40 Awards

The prestigious list, which will be published in the magazine’s July issue, features extraordinary young professionals in the home furnishings industry who already have made significant accomplishments in their businesses and the communities where they do business.

“This will be the tenth year of the 40 under 40 nominations. For me, as Editor-In-Chief, it has been rewarding to watch each recipient continue in their career path contributing to both the success of their companies and to the industry,” said Bob George, Editor-In-Chief and publisher of Home Furnishings Business. “As always, we embrace ever growing excellence.”

The deadline is midnight, May 18. Nomination forms are available here. To be considered, nominees must meet the following general criteria:

• Over age 21 and under 40 by Dec. 31, 2023
• A leader within his or her organization
• Have significant career achievements
• Have substantial community involvement outside his or her regular job

The name of the person submitting the nomination will be kept confidential, and self-nominations will be accepted. However, duplicate nominations will not improve a candidate’s chances of being selected.

The decision is based solely on the information provided on the nomination form, so please provide detailed information so the nominee can be given full consideration. Please do not submit hyperlinks to a nominee’s work credentials or other accomplishments.

If selected, honorees will be required to provide a color photo for inclusion in the Forty Under 40 special section of Home Furnishings Business magazine and its website.
