Fairfield Introduces New Crypton Leather Video

Fairfield has announced the debut of its Conneaut Crypton Leather video, showcasing the company’s new performance leather.

The video tests the durability, stain resistance, and clean-up process of the leather furniture collection as an artist uses a Crypton Leather chair as her blank canvas.

Using the technology of Crypton, the leather is stain resistant, UV protected and bleach tolerable, making it suitable for any space and lifestyle. These leather products are designed to withstand the biggest of messes, ranging from a simple water spill to red wine or permanent ink blemishes.

Crypton leather can be cleansed with a wet cloth and soft soap for minor spills, as well as a bleach solution when the heavy artillery is needed for cleanup.

“What we want our clients to understand is that they don’t have to compromise on their leather products. Leather can look beautiful as well as be a realistic asset to their specific lifestyle, no matter what it is. This product is the epitome of affordable luxury,” says Dixon Mitchell, president and chief operating officer.

Fairfield offers four leather articles that are powered by Crypton. The Catalina II, available in 27 colorways, is a top grain, slightly corrected product that is perfect for those on a budget. The Florence, available in 10 colorways, has a waxy, lightly distressed finish that gives an appearance of casual and gently aged leather. The Firenze, available in 10 colorways, is an option with soft and silky characteristics that allows its rich color to shine on the surface. Lastly, the Chesapeake option is available in 19 colorways and presents a nice, balanced glossy appearance.
