Market Authority, ASID Set High Point Seminar Schedule

The High Point Market Authority, in partnership with the American Society of Interior Designers, has set the schedule for its popular Design Viewpoints Series for the upcoming High Point Market.

The April market will feature four seminars led by design industry experts to help improve your business, including how to increase your design fees, protect your firm, manage clients while growing your business, and balance life’s daily demands from work and home.

All seminars will take place at the High Point Theatre, next to the Transportation Terminal in downtown High Point. Designers can earn up to 0.45 continuing education units (CEUs) through the series.

“The Design Viewpoints Series has consistently delivered high-quality speakers in a convenient location with relevant, business-focused topics, and we find all of these factors come together to provide quite a valuable resource for designers and others coming to Market,” said Tom Conley, president and CEO of the High Point Market Authority. 

Sessions are free and open to all interior designers, retailers, and other Market attendees with a valid Spring Market pass.

“At ASID, we believe that design impacts lives. In order to create meaningful change in the built environment, designers must first acquire the business knowledge and savvy to sustain growing and resilient firms.  We selected the topics for the Design Viewpoints Series to assist the design community in gaining that imperative business acumen,” said Randy Fiser, CEO of ASID. “DVS attendees will walk away with useful and actionable information they can begin applying to their design businesses immediately.”

Saturday, April 14

Speaker – Tobi Fairley, ASID, Tobi Fairley Interior Design
