Spring Air Signs Agreement with German Group

Bedding supplier Spring Air International has signed a license agreement with German-based Boxspring AR to market Spring Air-branded products.
The new licensee is a family managed business headquartered in Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany, which is near Munich. Under the agreement, Boxspring AR becomes the exclusive distributor of Spring Air throughout Germany.
“Spring Air has been expanding across Asia over the past several years and we’re now focusing more on Europe,” said Eric Spitzer, Spring Air COO. “Our international community is growing dynamically not only because of the range of Spring Air beds that are being offered on a broader basis, but also because of the increased demand for our products by the overseas hospitality trade.”
The agreement with Spring Air-Germany takes the number of countries in which the brand is marketed to 32.
Spring Air plans to show at IMM Cologne International Interiors Show in January.
