Bill Caldwell, an owner and more than 20-year board member of the King Koil Licensing Co.
(Comfort Solutions), has died. He was 60.
Caldwell is survived by his wife Nancy, three sons, a stepdaughter, a stepson and his sister, Candace Smith, who is also a director on the
King Koil board.
Bill was a very active member of our board and always passionate about the King Koil Company, said Dave Roberts, president. He will be greatly missed both personally and professionally by many people inside and outside our company.
Along with his work for Comfort Solutions, Caldwell had been CEO and board chairman since 2006 of
Advance Cell Technology, Inc., a Santa Monica-based biotechnology company.
