Starbay, Halo End Negotiations

By Home Furnishings Business in on June 3, 2011 Starbay and Halo  have agreed to end negotiations on a partnership agreement.

The companies started negotiations in March  and were working toward an investment transaction. Under the transaction, Halo would have then held a minority ownership stake in Starbay.

The decision to end the negotiations leaves both companies free to pursue other opportunities.

Starbay is a case goods supplier that focuses on British Colonial Campaign designs. Halo is known for its distinctive Britain-inspired home furnishings.
