Las Vegas Market is sure to be a whirlwind of meetings, complete with a blizzard of business cards. One way to ensure a positive mental workout (and a rest for those tired feet) is to arrive early and stake out a spot for one of Western Home Furnishings Association’s (WHFA) 27 business-bolstering educational seminars.
Located in space 210, the WHFA has tapped some of our industries’ pivotal leaders and asked them to share what they know.
CDS Solutions and HFB columnist Ren Baker will kick things off with the inaugural seminar (8:30am on Monday, July 24) on compensation strategies. From the schedule; “Today’s businesses need to look beyond the compensation models of the 1930s and 1940s and instead design a model that fits today’s business and employee needs.”
