According to an article originally reported in the San Francisco Chronicle, and a civil suit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on July 24 Arhaus, LLC is suing RH (Restoration Hardware, Inc.) and Co-Chief Merchandising and Creative Officer Lisa Chi.
