The Educational Foundation (EF) of IFDA, the International Furnishings and Design Association, announces its grant winners for 2025. Since the early years of this 78-year-old global design industry alliance, EF has awarded grants to talented professionals as well as scholarships to high-achieving design students annually. The funds awarded this year total $30,800. The judging is conducted by a subset of the EF’s Board of Trustees.

Anna Maria Mannarino of Mannarino Designs, Inc., put her considerable talents to the renovation of the clubhouse at the Shady Oaks Active Adult Community, which consists of 366 condos and townhomes with the Clubhouse as the center of activities. This project earned Mannarino her 40th design award which was recently bestowed at the Design Excellence Awards gala of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID NJ), of which Mannarino has served as President.
