Interior Design Society Honors Winners of 2023 Designers of the Year

On Aug. 4, members and guests of the Interior Design Society (IDS) gathered at the Marriott Marquis in New York City to honor the winners of the 2023 Designer of the Year competition. The Master of Ceremonies, Carson Kressley, had the audience laughing and celebrating the entire evening.

Mannarino Collects Design Excellence Awards from ASID NJ

Anna Maria Mannarino of Mannarino Designs, Inc., has collected a variety of 33 awards to date, both regional and national in an array of categories including high-end residential, kitchen and bath, outdoors, healthcare, hospitality, retail and product design, with four wins at the Design Excellence Awards from the New Jersey Chapter of the American Society of Designers (ASID NJ).

Deadline Extended for Nat’l Lighting Bureau Transformation Awards

The National Lighting Bureau extended the submission deadline for the first Annual Lighting Transformation Awards. The extended deadline is September 1st. These will be the first ever retrofit awards geared at recognizing those lighting design projects making a sustainable difference. These awards are to be held during the 2023 NALMCO Annual Convention in Palm Springs, California.
