The National Lighting Bureau (NLB) announces updated plans for the 2nd Lighting Transformation Awards program, now scheduled for 2025. Submitted projects will be eligible for a new Special Citation for exemplary controls design and implementation, co-sponsored by the Lighting Controls Association. The Awards will be presented at LightFair 2025 in Las Vegas.

The International Society of Furniture Designers (ISFD) is incorporating the INNOVATION+DESIGN (I+D) competition, held at the spring Markets in 2023 and 2024, into the annual Pinnacle Awards traditionally held during the fall Markets. The Designer-Maker section of the Pinnacle Awards will be expanded to include at least six new subcategories representing the most popular I+D categories. The call for entries for the prestigious 2025 Pinnacle Awards will go out on April 1, 2025.
