Shaffer Named CEO of Michael Aram

Samuel Shaffer has been named CEO of home décor supplier Michael Aram. He succeeds Sebastian Herald, who has resigned to pursue other opportunities.
Shaffer joins the company with a varied background in large-scale marketing and boutique, designer-owned brands. After 20 years in consumer marketing with companies like Bain, Coach, and Black and Decker, Shaffer joined Knoll as a marketing director.

Prior to joining the Michael Aram, Shaffer was vice president of sales and marketing of the Bright Group. He also served as senior vice president at Edward Ferrel + Lewis Mittman. Shaffer also served as vice president of marketing and sales at Liora Manne.
