Furniture Training Co. Kicks Off Webinar Series

The management webinars are designed to teach sales managers important practices in running retail locations and managing sales teams. Webinars for sales associates will provide sales techniques and tips to stay motivated throughout the selling process.

September's management webinar, "Employ Local and Social Marketing to Build Store Traffic", will cover the importance of advertising and sales promotion, and provide five marketing techniques to supplement current advertising initiatives. It will be held Thursday, Sept. 12 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Eastern time. 

The sales training Webinar, "3 Magic Questions to Discover What Every Shopper Wants", will discuss how to use the discovery process to learn customer's needs and wants with three questions. It is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 26 from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
