Star Furniture Names Loren Mansell as Vice President of Finance

Loren Mansell has joined Top 100 Retailer Star Furniture as the new vice president of finance. He comes to the company with a decades-long history of improving financial and operations management for large corporations.
Most recently, Mansell completed an 18-year career with AT&T where he was director of finance and business operations. During his tenure with AT&T, Mansell served in several financial and operational positions in Texas and California, including business operations director, director of financial analysis for video and broadband and associate director of finance.
“Loren’s work with one of the nation’s most respected companies, and his reputation for strategic financial management will make him a valued member of the Star executive team,” said Star Furniture President Richard Jones.
Early in his career, Mansell held various positions in banking, oil & gas, and financial consulting.
Mansell holds an MBA in Finance from Westminster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Utah. He and his wife of 33 years, Stacey, have four children, three grandchildren and two more on the way.
Mansell replaces the retiring Michele Koepke, a highly respected Star Furniture leader whose career with the company spans more than three decades.
