Regina Andrew Returns to HPMKT with Omnichannel Shopping Experience

Regina Andrew returns to High Point Market this fall with its customer-centric, technology-driven omnichannel shopping experience, giving design professionals a seamless way to shop the showroom in person and complete their order online. Building on a concept that has already reshaped how the brand shows up at Market, the Fall 2026 showroom invites visitors to browse 109 new introductions across lighting, upholstery, leather seating, mirrors and décor, all within one connected experience.
Visitors to the Regina Andrew showroom can request a quote scanner upon arrival, allowing them to build a personalized selection as they shop. Each scanned item is automatically saved to the customer’s online account under a dedicated “Market Quote,” making it simple to revisit, refine and complete a purchase at any time. For designers, that means no stacks of PDFs, no re-keying product numbers and no second round of pricing requests after the show.
Since the program soft launch one year ago, 17,200 attendees have scanned over 21,000 items at the Regina Andrew High Point Market showroom. Traffic has consistently increased by 50% market over market, and 60% of the total traffic in Spring 2026 were new leads for Regina Andrew. The scanner data also helps Regina Andrew understand which items resonate by finish, customer type and geography, informing merchandising and showroom flow.
“You need the shopping experience at Market to work with you. Too often your follow up is trying to remember which picture matches with which showroom. Our showroom lets you shop however you want, whether that’s with our team or on your own, and then everything you saw is waiting in your account to seamlessly review when you get back to your computer to build design presentations and spec lists,” said Neil MacKenzie, Chief Marketing Officer at Regina Andrew.
What’s new to shop in the showroom
Fall 2026 is built around “Collected by Design,” layering antique brass, rich leather, softly tailored upholstery and color. Highlights visitors can see, touch and scan include:
Ellison Collection: Architectural lighting pairing sculptural metal fittings with luminous opal glass, offered in antique brass and polished nickel, including statement pendants and a chimney pendant.
A new shading program: More than 50 combinations of scalloped, pleated, notched and woven shades for table lamps, floor lamps, sconces and fixtures, so designers can tailor each lamp to the room.
Domestically made upholstery: Five new styles, including the Bowen Banquette, Fletcher Sofa and Ottoman, the Charlie Outdoor Swivel Chair and Sectional, and the brand’s first bed, the Emeline Bed. Upholstery sales are up 70% year over year.
Domestic leather seating: The Monroe Leather Sofa, a fresh take on the Chesterfield, joins the new Ziggy Ottoman in a growing leather program.
Mirrors and décor: New Harriette, Miranda and Lanai mirrors, plus ceramic table lamps in colors including peacock, ivory and green.
Showroom experiences
The showroom will also host ten Fireside Chat events over three days with industry insiders, interior designers and media partners, along with a morning espresso and mimosa bar and afternoon cocktails. The Thrill of the Hunt Jewelry and Vintage Pop-Up opens Wednesday, October 14 for early vintage shoppers, with the full showroom opening Friday, October 16.
Regina Andrew encourages customers and partners to book an appointment in advance. Scheduled visits offer dedicated time with the team to explore new product introductions, learn about exclusive Fall Market purchasing incentives, and make the most of the showroom experience. Customers not attending High Point Market can also book a virtual visit with a team member to receive a video walkthrough of the showroom and gain more perspective on scale and finishes. The Regina Andrew showroom is located in IHFC - IH006, Commerce, Floor 1. All Fall Market new introductions and activations can be viewed at reginaandrew.com/market.
