Surya will debut its new collaboration with artist and textile innovator Liora Manné at the Fall 2026 High Point Market. Created for the design community, the Liora Manné x Surya collection brings Manné’s signature approach to color, texture, and material exploration to 50+ handmade rugs and pillows, including outdoor-safe rug designs. Across the collection, Manné’s wide-ranging exploration of yarn, dye, texture, and process gives each construction a distinct interpretation of her artistic vision.
For Manné, creative influence and technical possibility are inseparable. Drawing on nature, art, culture, and travel, she treats each construction as a distinct medium, developing a character from one collection to the next. A layered palette of blue, green, and teal is enriched by touches of coral and blush, creating designs with depth, softness, and visual movement.
Lamontage®, Manné’s proprietary process, begins with colored fibers that are blended, marbled, cut, and layered to create a painterly effect. In designs such as Floating Flowers and Water Lily Spa, cool aquas and greens are accented with coral and blush, revealing subtle shifts of color and detail.
The hand-tufted Camden and Sardinia collections explore a different set of possibilities through tie-dyed yarns, blended color, and cut-and-loop techniques. Camden Expression Lily has the softness and translucency of watercolor, while Sardinia Ikat Ombre offers a textural, modern interpretation of a traditional pattern.
The complementary pillow assortment carries Manné’s distinctive approach to color and pattern through designs such as Art Deco Scallop Rose, Zebra Seascape and Giant Swirls Spa.
“Color is always the starting point for my vision,” said Manné. “I love layering and blending it to create translucency and subtle gradations. Every construction gave us a different opportunity to explore, and Surya’s support and trust gave me the freedom to experiment intuitively while staying true to my design vision.”
“Liora has spent her career expanding what is possible in textile design,” said Satya Tiwari, President of Surya Inc. “Her command of color, texture, and process brings a distinct perspective to Surya, while her willingness to explore each construction opens new possibilities for designers. This collaboration brings real artistry and depth to our assortment.”
Additional Liora Manné designs are also available through Surya’s Livabliss brand, offering customers a broader value-driven selection.
The Liora Manné x Surya collection will be featured at the Surya showroom, Showplace 4100, during High Point Market, October 15–21, 2026.
