Bergeron Releases Video Series with Ethan Allen Director Candidates

Doug Bergeron, a significant shareholder of Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. beneficial ownership, collectively with his affiliates and associates, of approximately 5.2% of Ethan Allen’s outstanding common stock, today released a series of video interviews with his five director candidates seeking election to Ethan Allen’s Board of Directors at the Company’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Nov 4.
The video series lays out the case for change at Ethan Allen and introduces each director candidate – Doug Bergeron, Anna Brockway, Kristine Miller, Steve Oblak, and Stefanie Tsen Ward – in their own words.
Across the videos, the nominees discuss:
Ethan Allen's decades-long contraction, with significant declines in revenue, earnings, payroll, and relevance while peers have built multibillion-dollar platforms;
The Company's failure to modernize its brand and digital and omnichannel capabilities to compete and win in today’s premium home furnishings category.
Thirty Eight (38) years under the same CEO, and an urgent need to change the status quo to restore accountability and positively inflect the trajectory of the business;
