Hooker Furnishings Unveils Collections Alto Loma and Barton Springs

The new collections present two distinct design perspectives, each with its own take on relaxed, contemporary living. Alto Loma embraces a casual lifestyle through clean lines, relaxed forms, and unexpected material combinations, while Barton Springs balances contemporary styling with the warmth and depth of traditional influence. Together, the collections showcase the versatility of Hooker Furnishings’ design point of view, bringing character, comfort, and a sense of ease to interiors.

That philosophy comes to life through Hooker Furnishings’ Collected Living approach: an integrated mix of upholstery, case goods, and accent pieces designed to work together across the home. The result is a cohesive, layered lifestyle experience that gives consumers the flexibility to combine pieces in ways that feel personal and distinctly their own.

Designed to feel livable yet enduring, Alto Loma offers a fresh approach to everyday interiors, balancing simplicity with character. Available in two distinct finishes—Fresco and Sable—Alto Loma delivers versatile, coast-to-coast appeal.

Highlights from the 30-piece-plus collection include an upholstered bed with a textured metal frame in oatmeal performance fabric, a two-drawer and three-drawer nightstand with rush-wrapped door fronts, a trestle cocktail table, and a rotating drop-leaf dining table.

Together, these pieces illustrate Alto Loma’s ability to balance thoughtful function with an easy, approachable design sensibility.

Barton Springs captures the essence of modern living with a warm, richly considered interpretation of contemporary design. Rooted in traditional influence, the 30-piece collection 

brings depth and character to clean-lined forms crafted with European clustered oak and 

oak veneers. Mixed-media elements, including natural stone tops, add dimension and visual interest. 

Standout pieces include a writing desk, which brings a cool sophistication to the home office with clustered oak in a warm Hearth finish, balanced by sleek oil-rubbed bronze legs. Custom hardware adds the finishing touch, introducing a jewelry-like detail that brings just the right amount of polish. Refined yet approachable, the desk can easily be dressed up or down, standing beautifully on its own or pairing seamlessly with the rest of the collection.

At 106 inches, the Barton Springs credenza has a strong sense of presence without feeling overpowering. Crafted in American white oak in a warm Hearth finish, its front features a geometric pattern that brings a warm, modern dimension to the collection and gives the piece an architectural quality. Beyond its scale, the credenza is thoughtfully functional, with reversible wine cleat storage and floating interior drawers. Equal parts storage and statement piece, it brings an artistic point of view to the room while remaining versatile enough for everyday living.

Both collections will be on display in the Hooker Furnishings Showroom, in Showplace on the third floor, during Fall Market.
