Macy’s Names Caitlin Howe as Vice President, Investor Relations

Macy’s, Inc. announced that Caitlin Howe will join the company as Vice President, Investor Relations, effective July 20, 2026. Howe will report to Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Tom Edwards, and lead the company’s investor relations function as Macy’s, Inc. continues to execute its Bold New Chapter strategy.
Howe joins Macy’s, Inc. from The RealReal, where she most recently served as Senior Vice President, Finance, with responsibility for investor relations and corporate finance. She brings broad experience across investor relations, corporate finance, corporate development, M&A and public company communications, with experience in retail, ecommerce, and other industries. Prior to The RealReal, Howe held leadership roles at Sportsman’s Warehouse and Callaway Golf Company.
Howe succeeds Pam Quintiliano in leading investor relations.
