Four Sponsors Added to Fall Premarket in High Point

The Premarket Sponsors group announced the addition of four new sponsors today for the Fall Premarket taking place in High Point this September.  The group also detailed a special schedule for this fall because Rosh Hashana falls on the weekend leading in to Premarket.

The newest exhibiting sponsor is Capel Rugs, while Banner House (formerly Magnussen) returns this fall after taking off one Premarket while updating its showroom.  The other 9 exhibiting sponsors are:  Aspenhome, Austin Group Furniture, Avalon Furniture, Bernhardt Furniture, Hooker Furnishings, Legacy Classic/Modern, Lineage Collections, Universal Furniture and Vaughan-Bassett Furniture/Artisan & Post.

The Premarket Sponsors group is also excited to add three new industry sponsors:  Bread Financial, J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. and Furnituredealer.net.  Bread Financial is the new sponsor of the Monday night dinner at the Grandover, open to all dealers attending Premarket.  J.B. Hunt is the sponsor of both the cocktail hour at the Monday night reception and the sponsor of all of the breakfasts during Premarket.  Finally, Furnituredealer.net is an affiliate sponsor of Premarket.

“Premarket has a lot of momentum with our many new sponsors.  We welcome back Banner House and we are excited to have Capel Rugs as our newest Exhibiting Sponsor,” said Doug Bassett, Chairman of Premarket.

“We are also honored to have Bread Financial and J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. join us as Industry Sponsors and Furnituredealer.net as an Affiliate Sponsor.  Together the support from these three industry leaders will allow us to enhance our breakfasts, the cocktail hour Monday night and the dinner itself,” said Bassett.

The Premarket Sponsors group also announced a change in schedule for this Fall’s Premarket due to Rosh Hashana falling on the weekend before Premarket begins.  Showrooms will be open by appointment only Sunday afternoon, Sept. 13 and Monday morning, Sept. 14, with the official opening of Premarket set at noon Monday.

Any dealers, sales representatives or members of management observing Rosh Hashana will not be asked to arrive in High Point before the official opening at noon Monday.  Premarket will also be extended through the morning of Wednesday, Sept. 16th to accommodate those arriving at Premarket later than usual.  Those wishing to shop Sunday afternoon or Monday morning are urged to make appointments with Sponsor companies, who have committed to being open for early arrivers by Sunday at noon.

There are a limited number of rooms available at the Grandover Tuesday night, so dealer/guests are encouraged to allow those observing Rosh Hashana to have the right of first refusal for those rooms.  The Monday night dinner will take place at its usual time, 6:00 pm at the Grandover resort.
