IKEA U.S. Announces Plans to Open Store in Greater Cleveland

IKEA U.S. is excited to announced plans to open a new store in Westlake, Ohio, in spring 2027. Located at Crocker Park (300 Crocker Park Blvd, Westlake, OH 44145), the future store will become IKEA's third location in Ohio and expand access to affordable, functional home furnishings for customers throughout the greater Cleveland area.

"As we continue growing our presence across the U.S., we're focused on meeting customers where they are and creating more convenient ways to shop with IKEA," said Rob Olson, COO, IKEA U.S. "Westlake represents an exciting opportunity to connect with more people in Northern Ohio and help them create homes that reflect their needs, style and budget."

"Designed to offer inspiration, convenience and expert support under one roof. IKEA Westlake will span approximately 80,000 square feet offering an inspiring and convenient retail format designed to meet the needs of the Cleveland community showcasing practical and affordable ideas for every room in the home.

Customers can draw inspiration from more than 5,400 products throughout the store. Approximately 3,250 items will be available for immediate takeaway, including home furnishing accessories such as textiles, lighting, and accent pieces, as well as more than 250 furniture items.

For larger products, including sofas, beds and storage solutions, customers can place orders in-store or online and schedule pick up onsite or delivery. IKEA Family members can take advantage of the rewards program for discounts, and special pricing on delivery.  The store will also offer personalized planning services, giving customers the opportunity to work one on one with IKEA design consultant on projects large and small. Whether designing a dream kitchen, reimagining a bedroom or storage area, maximizing a small space or planning a bathroom refresh, customers can receive tailored guidance and inspiration to bring their vision to life.

Supporting IKEA's commitment to creating a more sustainable everyday life, IKEA Westlake will include an As-is area featuring gently used, discontinued and returned products at reduced prices. This offering helps extend the life of products while making home furnishing solutions even more accessible.

Customers can also enjoy a taste of Sweden during their visit. The Swedish Deli will serve a selection of IKEA favorites, including meatballs, plant balls, falafel balls, hot dogs, veggie dogs, cinnamon buns and other snacks and meals available to enjoy on-site or take home.
