RH Announces New Staff Promotion & Appointment

RH announced the promotion of Sandy Pilon to Chief Customer Experience & Values Officer, and the appointment of Ryan Hassanein as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer.
In her new role, Sandy will lead the Company’s Gallery, Hospitality, Interior Design, Trade, Contract, Delight, People and Optimization teams across every touchpoint of the RH Brand globally.
Sandy has been a member of Team RH for 18 years and has held key leadership positions across the organization, including Field Leader of our Northern and Southern California Galleries, Senior Vice President of Delight and Customer Service Operations, and most recently served as the Company’s Chief People Officer.

Ryan Hassanein will oversee all areas of the Company's legal and compliance functions, including product safety and vendor compliance.
Prior to joining RH, Mr. Hassanein spent over ten years at McKesson Corporation, one of the largest healthcare companies in the world, where he was a member of the Chief Legal Officer's leadership team with responsibilities spanning a wide range of areas, including litigation, regulatory, compliance, government relations, supply chain and technology.
Mr. Hassanein will report to RH Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Gary Friedman and serve as a member of the Company's Executive Leadership Team.
