Related Ross Announces Empire & Co. as Preferred Furniture Partner

Related Ross today announced Empire & Co. as its preferred furniture partner across the company’s commercial portfolio, reinforcing its continued investment in premium commercial environments across South Florida.
The partnership comes as West Palm Beach continues to emerge as one of the country’s fastest-growing business centers, driven by expanding financial services and technology firms, alongside long-term investment from companies across the broader South Florida region. As demand grows for move-in-ready office spaces, Related Ross is expanding its focus on fully integrated workplaces that combine flexibility, hospitality, and the daily experience of employees and visitors.

Through the partnership, Empire & Co. will deliver furnished spec suites, furniture for amenity spaces, outdoor spaces, and common areas throughout Related Ross’ commercial portfolio, beginning in West Palm Beach. Designed to give tenants the ability to move into fully curated, move-in-ready workspaces with greater speed and ease, initial installations are expected to debut later this year at properties in downtown West Palm Beach and CityPlace. As the Related Ross portfolio grows, the partnership is designed to expand beyond commercial properties into residential, hospitality, and retail assets.

Phillips Point will serve as a flagship realization of the partnership, as the premier waterfront office campus, located on the Intracoastal with 360-degree views, is currently undergoing a $120-million renovation designed by Roger Ferris + Partners with interiors by Tony Ingrao to modernize the iconic property. Upgrades include a full re-skinning of the building facade, the replacement of the ground-floor arcade with 13-foot, floor-to-ceiling glass to activate new mixed-use retail, and reimagined programming that includes an Empire & Co. designed and furnished spec suite. As part of the partnership, Empire & Co. will also furnish Related Ross’ management office at the property.
