Symphony Sleep Leans into Artificial Intelligence on Adjustable Bases

Artificial intelligence (AI) has a verdict on adjustable bases, and Symphony Sleep is leaning into that verdict to deliver and reinforce its solutions for common sleep issues and overall health and wellness.

When the inquisitive marketing team for Symphony Sleep asked Google, “Is an adjustable base worth it?” the AI overview provided pros, cons and, notably, a verdict that included a vast majority of consumers. According to AI, adjustable bases are worth it for health and pain

management, lifestyle and comfort, couples option for individualized comfort, and mobility.

It includes people with “specific health concerns, those who spend significant time in bed, people who enjoy high-tech sleep solutions,” and those with pain, respiratory or circulation issues.

John Schulte, president of Symphony Sleep, said, “Translation: just about everyone can benefit from an adjustable base or elevated sleep. Who doesn’t, at one time or another, suffer from respiratory issues such as when you have a cold or the flu? Likewise, back pain, headaches, and other conditions that an adjustable base and sleeping inclined can solve to get the proper rest and recovery.”

To manage health, AI says adjustable bases allow for elevation of the head and/or feet that can reduce snoring, alleviate GERD or acid reflux symptoms, and improve circulation. AI finds that adjustable bases reduce pressure points and support a neutral spine position. Zero-gravity provides lumbar support, reduces neck strain, and relieves shoulder and hip pressure. Special massage and vibration features target muscle pain and promote relaxation.

“AI is changing the way people search and receive information, and Symphony Sleep is leaning into it to make sure we provide the education and support our retailers and their customers need

to understand the product and its benefits,” added Schulte.

Symphony Sleep helps retail sales associates directly and clearly address those common sleep-related issues with its impactful ‘What’s Your Sleep Angle?’ marketing, in-store signage and floor stickers, and point-of-sale videos that demonstrate the slate of adjustable bases and accessories such as the best-selling Elevation Kit and Hi-Low Lift Kit.

AI says adjustable bases are worth the investment for lifestyle and comfort benefits. Schulte said the ES700, which he calls the “G.O.A.T.” of Symphony bases, is grabbing retail attention because it delivers on that investment. Its top features include the new SonicSleep® technology, active lumbar support, integrated sonic massage speaker system, programmable and pre-set positions with a premium remote, four charging ports, and motion-activated underbed lighting.

Schulte said adding AI-based research to the brand’s marketing activities is new but worthwhile to better inform marketing strategy. Symphony Sleep also continues to monitor social media conversations, such as Reddit threads, to gather intelligence on consumer attitudes and preferences.
