MLILY USA is continuing to invest in its digital infrastructure with the addition of two key roles focused on enhancing how retailers and consumers discover, understand and engage with the brand across its growing online ecosystem.
As retailers increasingly depend on digital tools to support in-store selling—and consumers start their purchase journey online—MLILY is prioritizing a more intuitive, informative and conversion-focused digital experience. Company officials said these new hires reflect its commitment to building scalable platforms and content strategies that support retail partners while simplifying the path to purchase for shoppers.
ChenRu “Ru” Zheng joins MLILY as digital designer to lead UI/UX development and digital experience initiatives across the company’s online platforms, overseeing the structure, functionality and usability of both the consumer website and digital tools used by retail partners. She will focus on creating streamlined, user-friendly systems that improve accessibility, product discovery and engagement, while also advancing the MLILY University platform to better support retailer training, product knowledge and brand resources. Zheng will report to Christie Ralph, MLILY USA design manager.
Zheng brings more than eight years of experience in e-commerce design and digital marketing environments, with a specialization in Shopify and Webflow development and conversion-focused UX strategy. Most recently, she worked for One Haus Design, where she developed e-commerce websites, optimized product pages, and created high-performing landing pages aligned with digital campaigns.
Complementing these efforts, Davin Tang joins MLILY as product content copywriter. In this role, Tang will focus on developing product content that is engaging, informative and optimized for conversion—helping retailers and consumers better understand MLILY’s offerings.
His work is designed to improve the overall customer experience by making product features and benefits easier to navigate, supporting more confident purchasing decisions, and reducing confusion, returns and post-purchase dissatisfaction. He will work closely with merchandising, marketing and product teams to align content with broader campaigns and product launches.
“We are excited to welcome Ru and Davin to MLILY as we continue strengthening our digital presence and expanding the ways our customers and retail partners engage with the brand online,” said Christie Ralph, design manager at MLILY USA. “Their combined expertise in user experience and content strategy will help us build more intuitive platforms and deliver clearer, more impactful product storytelling.”
With continued investments in digital platforms and content development, MLILY said it remains focused on equipping retailers with tools that drive engagement and conversion, while creating a more seamless and informative shopping experience for consumers.
