MillerKnoll, Inc., a global collective of dynamic design brands, announced it has been named to USA Today’s America’s Climate Leaders 2026 list. The recognition highlights the company’s significant strides in advancing climate-focused initiatives and reducing its global environmental impact.
“At MillerKnoll, we believe that design plays an important role in minimizing climate impact,” Gabe Wing, Vice President of Sustainability. “As we celebrate Earth Month, this recognition reflects our progress and our commitment to working alongside our customers and communities to reduce our carbon footprint and design for the good of humankind.”
Across its collective of brands, MillerKnoll prioritizes its sustainability ambitions. This includes reducing operational emissions, increasing transparency through environmental reporting, and innovating product design and material development to support a more sustainable future. The company has achieved 100 percent renewable electricity across its global manufacturing operations and is advancing circular design principles, focusing on durability, refurbishment, and product end-of-life solutions.
This distinction, along with a series of recent recognitions from publications like Fast Company and Newsweek, underscores MillerKnoll’s commitment to embedding sustainability across its business. This latest accolade follows a Gold Medal rating from EcoVadis, placing MillerKnoll among the top five percent of companies assessed globally for sustainability performance.

Rankings are based on independently reported data, including Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, and evaluate organizations on their ability to achieve sustained emissions reductions over time.
