313 SPACE Announces Events Calendar for HPMKT

Spring High Point Market has unofficially kicked off with exhibitors and vendors arriving by minute. 313 SPACE kicked off with an early bird breakfast on April 22, where their savvy buyers know to arrive early for early access for the newest collections.
The rest of the week is packed full of exciting events in the space:
FRIDAY, APRIL 24
Panel: 10am - 12pm — Upstairs Atrium Bar
Unique Kitchens & Baths
Moderated by House Beautiful Editorial Director Joanna Saltz and featuring Unique Kitchens & Baths’ newest designer collaborators — Kathy Kuo, Lindsay Lucas, Stephanie Wiott, and Jess Weeth. This conversation will explore how designers preserve their creative DNA while working at scale. Afterwards, attendees are invited to the Unique Kitchens & Baths showroom for a light brunch.

Join us for cocktails, light fare, and the opportunity to get up close with our new semi-custom range hood program. Hilary Robertson “Nomad at Home” Booksigning
Enjoy a glass of wine and lite bites while Hilary signs her book Nomad at Home, Designing the Home More Traveled. As well as offering inspiration from homes all over the globe, Hilary also shares her nomadic sourcebook, a valuable address book filled with a renowned stylist’s favorite sources and tips for every country covered.

A collection in collaboration with Meghan Jay Design

Loll Designs will be hosting a happy hour for people to mix, mingle, and discuss design with the Loll Team while they experience their sustainably manufactured modern furniture. Visitors and passersby can experience beautiful Sunbrella fabrics on Loll's soft seating collection - Aurora - which will be debuting a new armless seating module, allowing for even more custom configurations.

Hand-painted Tile Workshop with Lonesome Pictopia
Love hand-painted tiles? Ever wonder how they’re made? Drop in at your convenience and learn to hand paint a Delft-style tile in this fun, hands-on workshop with the team from Lonesome Pictopia. Participants' tiles will be glazed, fired, and mailed to them following Market.
4 - 6pm — Space A17 | Sawyer Made
A Taste of Vermont
Join us in space A17 in the beautiful atrium of 313 Space for Vermont crafted beverages, cheeses and of course maple syrup! Meet our founder and lead designer George Sawyer and learn about our work at the intersection of modern design and traditional green woodworking. Be the first to see some of our newest pieces, and some of our favorite showstoppers. We can't wait to see you in-person!

Scandinavian Craft & Home: A Living Legacy
Amy Kate Larson, Co-Founder and Creative Director of Scandinavian Design Shop, and Stephanie Seal Brown, master handweaver and textile designer
Join us for an intimate gathering devoted to craft, authenticity, and the enduring traditions of Scandinavian making. This event celebrates the living legacy of craftsmanship across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland — from historic weaving mills to workshops producing timeless furniture, lighting, and home objects.

Nature's Pattern in Botany, Ecology & Textile Design with Dr Susy Paisley
A workshop about design that celebrates and draws inspiration from our wild nature. Hands-on pattern play, takeaway notes and some decent nibbles. Come, nerd out and play with pattern!

The Smoked Sip
The smoke is back. Join us for the return of The Smoked Sip, our now famous Ross Alan cocktail party where craftsmanship meets cocktail culture. Our mixologist will be mixing a menu of boujee cocktails--each smoked live using century+ barn wood reclaimed from very barns that inspire our furniture. Expect top-shelf spirits, house-made syrups, and a little smoke in the air.
While you sip, explore what's new in the showroom, including fresh finishes on Heritage favorites and new additions to The Franklin Collection.

Learn their go-to strategies for finding unique pieces, integrating them across design styles, and creating layered interiors that feel collected — not cookie-cutter.
