Ohio-based case goods manufacturer Yutzy has partnered with industry-leading visual e-commerce platform Intiaro to launch the manufacturer’s first configure, price, quote (CPQ) platform designed to support highly customizable furniture programs.
The collaboration resulted in Yutzy 360, a powerful CPQ built specifically to handle the complexity of Yutzy’s made-to-order dining and bedroom collections. The platform launched through Yutzy’s online dealer portal in time for the Spring High Point Market, giving retail partners a faster, more accurate way to configure products and generate quotes.
Founded more than 20 years ago on Amish principles of humility, family and community, Yutzy has built its reputation on traditional craftsmanship. Today, second-generation owner Ryan Yutzy continues that legacy, overseeing a fully in-house manufacturing process where panels, doors and dovetail drawers are produced by hand using time-honored techniques. Every piece is customizable with a multitude of options in wood species, finishes, stains and hardware.
That level of customization, while a key differentiator for Yutzy, also created challenges in scaling quoting and order accuracy across a growing dealer network.
“Our product offering is highly customizable, which is a major advantage for retailers, but it also requires precision behind the scenes,” said Yutzy. “With Yutzy 360, we’ve created a system that simplifies that complexity and allows our dealers to configure products with confidence while ensuring every detail, including pricing, is accurate.”
The platform enables dealers to configure product dimensions, finishes and design details through an intuitive interface, with both visual and non-visual workflows, real-time pricing and quoting. Dealer-specific pricing gives Yutzy full control to update, manage and ensure accuracy across its network.
Beyond pricing, the platform has enhanced customer service and streamlined order entry, according to Yutzy. Orders that once required follow-up calls to confirm specifications can now be processed more efficiently and with greater confidence.
“Investing in a robust pricing and configuration tool is about more than speed, it’s about creating consistency and eliminating friction across the entire sales process,” said Karolina Zajac, head of Customer Growth at Intiaro. “When pricing is automated and controlled at the source, it enables manufacturers to operate more efficiently while giving their retail partners a better experience.”
Early feedback from both internal teams and retail partners has been positive and encouraging, according to Julian Hoozer, head of operations at Yutzy. He added that future phases of the platform will expand product visualization capabilities.
The investment also supports broader growth initiatives, explained Yutzy, “As we continue to expand into regions like New England, Florida and Texas, having a tool like Yutzy 360 in place is critical. It allows us to scale our business while maintaining the level of accuracy and service our customers expect.”
He added that maintaining quality was central to the project. “Our focus was on making sure both the visual experience and the functionality of the tool met the same standards of quality that define our furniture. Intiaro delivered on that, while also customizing the platform to fit the unique needs of our product line.”
While best known for 3D visualization, Intiaro offers a powerful CPQ and pricing engine that can be easily integrated with retailer platforms. The partnership with Yutzy reflects a broader push to deliver scalable digital tools that support both front-end visualization and back-end operational efficiency for furniture manufacturers and their retail networks. The company also continues to expand its AI-driven content solutions, helping brands create photorealistic product imagery at scale as an alternative to traditional photography.
“Manufacturers like Yutzy are proving that craftsmanship and technology can go hand in hand,” Zajac added. “By combining their product expertise with our platform, we’re helping retailers sell complex, custom furniture with the same ease as standard products.”
Yutzy will showcase the Yutzy 360 platform to its dealers and partners during the Spring High Point Market in its Hamilton-Wrenn showroom #207 at 200 N. Hamilton St.
