Following its debut last market, Essentials For Living continues to build momentum at its flagship showroom at 111 N. Wrenn St., now welcoming guests to celebrate its official Grand Opening this season. The 23,000-square-foot space brings the brand’s signature California-casual lifestyle to the heart of High Point, offering an environment designed for connection and inspiration.
More than a traditional showroom, the space is an immersive experience. Complete with a rooftop deck and thoughtfully layered interiors, each vignette is designed to feel residential and lived-in, showcasing how Essentials For Living furniture delivers comfort, versatility, and elevated design in real spaces.
The showroom will commemorate the opening with a Grand Opening celebration on Sunday, April 26th from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, where guests can enjoy live music, curated small bites, and signature cocktails in a relaxed, social atmosphere that reflects the brand’s West Coast style.
Throughout market and beyond, the showroom continues that hospitality-driven approach with daily catered breakfast, lunch, and happy hour, creating a welcoming environment for designers and retailers to gather, connect, and recharge. Guests can also indulge in a signature highlight of the space—artisan gelato in partnership with Gigi’s Gelato, offering a memorable and playful finish to the showroom experience.
Developed more than three years in collaboration with a local designer, architect, and contractor, the showroom redefines the traditional wholesale environment. Drawing from Southern California’s relaxed yet refined aesthetic, the space blends warmth, texture, and architectural detail to create a setting that feels both elevated and inviting.
