Pepper Home Expands Assortment with Launch of Roman Shades

Pepper Home expands its made-to-order window treatment assortment with the launch of fully customizable Roman Shades, bringing the brand’s highly personal approach to a timeless window silhouette. Thoughtfully tailored and easy to personalize, the new style offers a polished alternative to curtains while maintaining the softness and warmth Roman shades are known for.

“Our mission has always been to make customization feel intuitive rather than intimidating,” says Pepper Home co-founder Erin Banta. “Roman shades felt like a natural next step, offering a more tailored look while still allowing customers to express their personal style through fabric, trim, and silhouette.”

Available in four refined variations, Flat, Knife Pleat, Relaxed, and Scalloped, a playful, more expressive take on the classic Roman shade, the new collection is designed to work seamlessly across the home. Each shade is made to order in the U.S. and can be customized in Pepper Home’s exclusive library of fabrics, including linens, cotton blends, embroidery, jacquards, and sheers. Decorative trims, such as bands, pom poms, and more, offer an additional layer of personalization.

Designed for everyday living, the shades are offered with privacy or blackout lining, except for sheers, which come without lining. Roman Shades start at $560 per shade, and are custom sized for a precise fit, accommodating windows from 18 to 96 inches wide and 24 to 108 inches high, with a two-week lead time.

Roman Shades are available to shop on pepper-home.com starting Feb 5. Pepper Home also offers a curtain calculator and complimentary design assistance, allowing customers to share photos and details of their space and receive one-on-one guidance from the brand's in-house design team.
