House of Rohl Announces Leaders to Accelerate Business Momentum

House of Rohl®, a portfolio of luxury décor brands offering endless opportunities for curated design, proudly announces the appointment of several key senior leaders. Reflecting the portfolio’s commitment to artistry, curation, and a life well crafted, these additions mark an exciting milestone in House of Rohl’s vision to expand its influence across luxury décor throughout the home.

House of Rohl® expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of Emtek® and Schaub®, leaders in customizable cabinet and door hardware, in 2024. The addition of these brands alongside Riobel®;, Perrin & Rowe®, Shaws®, Victoria + Albert®, and ROHL® has strengthened the portfolio’s position as a trailblazer in luxury plumbing and hardware for the kitchen and bath and continued to broaden its offering across the luxury home décor landscape. By integrating both plumbing and hardware, the new House of Rohl delivers curated, stylistically aligned collections with shared finishes, simplifying specification while upholding the unmatched craft, service, and heritage that define its portfolio of prized brands. Today, House of Rohl welcomes seasoned industry leaders to help accelerate that momentum.

House of Rohl has appointed Drew Radtke as Vice President of Sales, North America. Radtke brings extensive sales and marketing leadership experience from LG, Miele, and Whirlpool, and holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. Recognized for driving growth and leading high-performing teams, he will help advance House of Rohl’s luxury portfolio which includes customizable Emtek hardware, artisanal Perrin & Rowe faucets, and handcrafted Shaws fireclay sinks while continuing to invest in developing the portfolio’s talented team.

Additionally, Myra Nussbaum has been named Vice President of Global Integrated Marketing. Nussbaum brings two decades of award-winning brand leadership, having held senior creative roles at Havas, DDB, Leo Burnett, and FCB. Known for data-driven, culture-defining campaigns, she has shaped work for Hilton, Wayfair, James Hardie, KFC, and Miller Lite. At House of Rohl, Nussbaum will lead global brand strategy, creative, and integrated marketing.

Stephanie Schepp joins as Growth Strategy and Execution Lead, bringing more than 15 years of experience in business transformation and operational excellence across the consumer sector. Schepp has held senior-level roles at Ahold Delhaize USA and McKinsey & Company and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. With deep expertise in retail and e-commerce, she will guide digital commerce expansion and emerging marketing strategies across plumbing and hardware.

These leaders join House of Rohl’s strong bench of top-performing associates and executives, providing a powerful blend of continuity and new perspective. Chris Demko, formerly General Director at Fortune Brands, has been promoted to Plant General Manager for Emtek, where he will focus on operational excellence, fulfillment, and delivery. Together, these appointments, combined with House of Rohl’s proven leadership team, collectively bring decades of experience and will reinforce its growing presence across the luxury home décor category.

“The new House of Rohl is defined by growth - of our portfolio, of our capabilities, and of the people who will help lead our future,” said Rachel Roberts, President of House of Rohl. “With the addition of Emtek and Schaub and the integration of plumbing and hardware, we’re uniquely positioned to deliver cohesive, luxury design throughout the home. The leaders joining us alongside our talented team bring deep experience across sales, brand building, and operational excellence, and together will help us advance our strategy and further elevate our prized portfolio of brands.”

Adding to the momentum, House of Rohl is poised to debut new collections in 2026, continuing its mission to elevate daily rituals through thoughtful design.
