“The Master’s” Headliners for Dallas Total Home & Gift Market Announced

Top talent in floral and seasonal design is coming to Dallas Market Center during its upcoming Total Home & Gift Market, January 7-13, 2026. John Mark Sharpe, Presley Pierce, and Chris Norwood will headline a series of events called “The Masters” that will showcase each designer’s expertise in visual style during live interactive demonstrations of their techniques, tips, and insights.

The schedule for “The Masters” is below.

Jan. 7 at 1pm - Live Demonstration with Chris Norwood: Setting A Seasonal Tablescape | IHDC 2 – Demo Wall

Celebrate the season with a live tablescape-building experience led by designer Chris Norwood. From color palettes to finishing touches, Chris demonstrates how to craft a festive and stylish setting that elevates your table and delights your guests.

Jan. 7 at 3 p.m. - Live Demonstration with John Mark: The Business of Bows | WTC 12

Join creator and influencer John Mark for an exclusive live demonstration as his brand-new ribbon collection takes center stage. Watch as he builds an original design using a mix of materials, showcasing creative techniques and the versatility of his product.

Jan. 8 at 3 p.m. - Live Demonstration with John Mark: Setting the Tablescape Experience | IHDC 2 – Demo Wall

Join creator and influencer John Mark as he brings his vision to life by building a stunning tablescape - blending texture, color, and design details that capture his artistic approach to entertaining and décor.

Jan. 9 at 1 p.m. - Live Demonstration with Presley Pierce: A Christmas Tree Masterclass | IHDC 2 – Demo Wall

Step into the magic of the season with our live Christmas Tree Masterclass! Watch Presley Pierce transform an ordinary tree into a stunning holiday centerpiece, sharing insider tips on design, styling and what inspires him along the way.

John Mark Sharpe is the owner of John Mark Enterprises located in Germantown, Tennessee. Sharpe grew up spending weekends and summers with his grandmother (“Gran”), who instilled in him a love for flowers, table settings, church arrangements, and home decor. He credits her with giving him the confidence to start John Mark Enterprises in 2009. Today, the company provides wedding floral and décor, holiday interior décor for customers’ homes, and serves the community with a retail store, John Mark’s. He recently appeared on the cover of SPARK magazine from Dallas Market Center, with an inside feature story about his background and successful retail and design businesses.

Presley Pierce is the founder and creative force behind Presley Pierce Interiors in Atchison, Kansas, a destination for elevated home décor, gifts, and seasonal design experiences both online and in-store. His team is best known for creating stunning holiday installations that bring timeless style and festive magic to homes and businesses alike. Pierce opened his shop at just 21 years of age after winning the Greater Kansas City Home Show Junior Design Challenge, a milestone that launched him into the world of professional design. His distinctive eye for detail and passion for creating meaningful, memorable spaces have since earned him features on the Barstool Sports Podcast and in multiple regional publications.

Chris Norwood is the co-owner of Norwood-Day Floral Company in Little Rock, Arkansas. He has served the American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD) as national president of AIFD as well as the past CEO and Chairman of the AIFD Foundation. He was named an AIFD Fellow for upholding their goals and supporting their activities and is currently serving SAF on their National Board. His work has been featured in national publications including Southern Accents and Veranda magazine.

A special highlight is Speaking of Retail, A Collective of Conversations, which is being produced by Coco & Dash, ART, and Dallas Market Center. Speaking of Retail takes place on Thursday, January 8, and Friday, January 9, at 10:30am in the Textile Salon, IHDC 2F215. On Thursday, the topic is "Retail is Alive: Navigating New Challenges in the Home & Gift Marketplace" and on Friday, the topic is "Working with Reps: Building Partnerships that Drive Business."
