Hooker Furnishings Announces Liz Keys Promoted to Senior VP of Human Resources

Hooker Furnishings has announced that Liz Keys has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Human Resources. In her expanded role, she will lead the company’s overall human resources strategy and oversee all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, total rewards, compliance, and employee relations to ensure alignment with the company’s long-term business goals and a strong, people-centered culture. She will report to Jeremy Hoff, CEO.
Keys joined Hooker Furnishings in 2010 and has served as Vice President of Human Resources since 2020. With over 25 years of HR experience, she has played a critical role in aligning talent initiatives with business objectives.
