D2U Home Reports Overwhelming Positive Response at HPMKT

During this fall market, D2U Home unveiled an expanded whole-home lineup featuring stationary and motion upholstery, bedroom, dining, entertainment, and office furniture, presented in coordinated lifestyle vignettes. The collections highlighted the company’s growing design range—from trend-right pieces with fresh silhouettes and finishes to timeless styles crafted with attention to detail.

The bedroom and dining collections showcased a variety of wood species and finishes, blending natural materials, refined craftsmanship, and mixed-media elements that align with today’s leading design trends. In upholstery, top-grain leather selections and sophisticated casual designs resonated strongly with buyers seeking products that reflect comfort, versatility, and a modern, lifestyle-focused aesthetic. Company officials noted that modular designs seemed to be a focus for buyers, and they showed strong interest in tool-less, UPS-able products for their e-commerce platforms.

“We were particularly encouraged by the engagement of our larger customers, including a few in the top 100 retail group, that commented on our compelling value, selection and pricing. That coupled with plans for some domestic inventory availability later this year and mixed container options from Asia with flexible MOQs allow our customers to optimize their merchandising strategies,” said Frank Norton, D2U Home president and CEO.

D2U Home’s offerings are supported by vertically integrated global manufacturing, ensuring speed to market, consistent quality, and long-term reliability. A dedicated upholstery factory allows the company to respond quickly to customer needs, while its home office assortment continues to grow with height-adjustable powered lift desks and ergonomic office chairs designed to support wellness in both residential and commercial settings.

“The feedback at market confirmed that our designs are hitting that balance of style and attainability for the consumer—merchandise that feels elevated yet approachable, supported by the strength and scale of UE Furniture Group,” said Norton. “While under a different brand name, our leadership team has been a trusted resource for mass merchants for more than 25 years.”

Earlier this year, parent company, UE Furniture Group, completed two major expansion projects, doubling its operations in Romania and adding new capacity in Vietnam. These investments enhance the company’s flexibility and production capacity across upholstery and office categories, positioning UE among the largest seating suppliers in the world.
