Essentials for Living Announces Opening of Flagship Showroom at HPMKT

The new showroom on Wrenn Street, spanning over 23,000 square feet and featuring a rooftop deck offers an inviting environment and thoughtfully designed space that highlights Essentials For Living’s collections. Each vignette will showcase the brand’s elevated look, demonstrating how its furniture combines versatility, comfort, and style. 

“This showroom represents the heart of who we are as a brand,” said Anna Schweiss, vice president of design.

“From the architectural details to the finishing touches, every element reflects the quality, creativity, and vision that define Essentials For Living. It’s more than a place to showcase furniture—it’s a space to inspire designers, retailers, and customers to imagine how these pieces can transform a home.”

The flagship showroom is the result of more than two years of careful planning and collaboration with a local design firm, architect, and contractor. Drawing inspiration from the elevated residential aesthetics of Southern California, the space reimagines the traditional wholesale showroom, introducing warmth, sophistication, and residential livability into a commercial environment.

“It was important to us that we created a space that could become our customer's home during market” stated Schweiss. The company will serve breakfast and lunch daily as well as their signature Gelato. The showroom includes cubicle workstations for customers, a design center to work through projects, a large central entertainment space, and a rooftop bar space to get some fresh air during market.
