While the World Cup is expected to significantly increase visitor traffic across the region, Dallas Market Center has secured hotel room blocks with its preferred hotel partners to ensure buyers have access to convenient accommodations at rates consistent with usual June markets. World cup matches will take place 20 miles away from the market center in Arlington, Texas.

Special Event Hotel Policy
To safeguard buyer accommodations during this period of unusually high demand, Dallas Market Center and its hotel partners have implemented a special booking policy designed to protect market guests from being displaced by hotels prioritizing FIFA attendees who may be willing to pay premium rates:

A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s room and tax will be charged at the time of booking.
This deposit will be applied to the total reservation.
The remaining balance will be collected upon arrival at the hotel.
