Pulse Capital Advisors Introduce New Program for Manufacturers

Pulse Capital Advisors, which recently launched a $1 billion funding program for retailers, is expanding its scope to now include a program tailored for manufacturers to offer their retail customers short-term financing for inventory, debt consolidation and emergency funding.

“After the launch of our program, we quickly saw that one of the greatest needs in the industry was inventory financing. Retailers want to changeup their showroom floors and manufacturers want to sell, but tight dealer cash reserves inhibit the transaction. We are able to respond and fund within 48 hours for most loans under $100,000, the common threshold limit for most inventory purchases,” said Jake Freedman, founder of Pulse Capital Advisors. “Our solution is able to keep the home furnishings ecosystem moving forward.”

Similar to its flagship program, Pulse Capital Advisors offers an easy-to-use online portal designed to make applying for funding fast and straightforward. Manufacturers will work with their retail customers to determine the financing needs. The retailer then answers five basic business questions and uploads four months of bank statements to the portal.

The funder offers more loan solutions for retailers, offering up to $500,000.  Payment terms are flexible and tailored to each retailer’s unique needs, with funds issued directly by the collaborating funders.

Freedman said the idea to extend the program for manufacturers to offer their customers came from meetings at the recent Summer Las Vegas Furniture Market. He was approached by several leading brands seeking to use the Pulse platform to unlock opportunity for their retail customers.

Freedman is widely known in the industry for founding DOVR Media in 2016 to help independent retailers transition to the digital age. He has worked with more than 500 businesses on tailored marketing services, including search engine optimization, paid advertising, AI-powered in-store signage and customer retention strategies. In his latest venture, Freedman aims to help those retailers navigate today’s economic turbulence.

Today, he leads a multidisciplinary team of marketers, designers and developers helping furniture retailers modernize without losing their local voice. He is a frequent speaker and educator in the home furnishings industry, focusing on digital transformation, AI tools for retail, and how local businesses can compete and win against national chains.
