MillerKnoll Announces Jenny Olsen as Chief Marketing Officer

MillerKnoll, a collective of dynamic design brands, announced the appointment of Jenny Olsen as chief marketing officer (CMO). In this role, Olsen will lead global brand strategy and marketing across MillerKnoll’s collective of design brands, driving growth, deepening customer engagement, and advancing the company’s mission to design for the good of humankind.

Olsen brings more than 25 years of marketing and leadership experience across home, apparel, footwear, media, consumer goods, and technology. As CMO of UNTUCKit, she redefined the brand’s marketing and creative strategy, helping to drive significant revenue growth. Earlier, she was part of the founding team at Gap Inc.’s Piperlime, where she launched the brand, built its marketing and creative functions, and fueled strong early growth. Most recently, as CMO of Caleres, a $3B portfolio of global footwear brands, Olsen reimagined the marketing model, strengthening leadership across brands, modernizing technology, and centralizing analytics and media strategy, contributing to consistent financial outperformance and a significant market cap increase.
