Sleep Summit Features BEDGEAR Founder & CEO Eugene Alletto

BEDGEAR’s founder and CEO Eugene Alletto will be a featured speaker at The FAM’s 2025 Sleep Summit, taking place Oct 14-17 in Bentonville, Arkansas. The event brings together leaders across the mattress and sleep industries to explore new strategies, innovations, and growth opportunities.
This year’s theme, WANTED, Rested & Ready, BED or ALIVE is has them “hunting down all the mattress mavericks, rebels of rest, and sentinels of sleep.” The Summit is exploring a new frontier where AI training meets actionable tools, and the future of sleep is written.
Alletto declares, “The mattress industry doesn’t need disruption—it needs addition, (and) my focus has always been on building solutions that add value for retailers and customers alike, rather than tearing down what’s already working.”
Fitting right in with the theme of the summit, Alletto will take the stage with a bold message: innovation doesn’t wait for permission. With the goal being to show how brands can grow, give back, and shake up the system all at once.
He will discuss the importance of creating additive value in the sleep industry—an approach Alletto has championed throughout his career by designing products and business models that support both retail partners and consumers.
